Learn how refund requests are handled during the current purchase stage.

Current purchase method

Hikage purchases are currently confirmed by email, and automated checkout is not yet connected to the website. The final price, delivered items, payment channel, and refund terms are stated in the purchase confirmation email.

Requesting a refund

Contact hikage.app@gmail.com from the email address used for the purchase. Include payment information sufficient to locate the order and the reason for the request. Do not send Hikage activity databases, browsing history, or unrelated private data.

Processing

We will review payment status, license delivery and activation, duplicate purchases, and product issues, then explain the result by email. When a refund is completed, the related license may be revoked and connected devices may no longer refresh that license.

Payment-channel rules

Additional cancellation periods, refund requirements, or fees imposed by the payment channel also apply. Keep the purchase confirmation and payment receipt so the order can be verified.

Policy updates

When automated purchasing launches, the refund period and process will be shown before payment. Updated terms apply only to purchases made after they take effect unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
